Self-plagiarism, duplicate submissions and “salami publishing” are not acceptable. Please take a look at the following page for more details. If figures, tables, animations or text quotations from copyrighted works (including websites) are included in your paper, permission must be obtained from the copyright holder (usually the original publisher) and the author(s) for both the print and the online format. Apply for an individual ORCID at and include it in the header of your paper. This is achieved through embedding ORCID identifiers in key workflows, such as research profile maintenance, manuscript submissions, grant applications and patent applications. ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) hosts a registry of unique researcher identifiers and a transparent method of linking research activities to these identifiers. Springer is the first publisher to implement the ORCID identifier for proceedings, ultimately providing authors with a digital identifier that distinguishes them from every other researcher. Springer’s policy on content sharing is given on the following page: You will find more details here. If the email address in the header is a life-long address, then Springer will be able to make all your publications accessible from one page.

I hope that MS will update Word for the Mac to include Building Blocks so this should not be needed, but it has been about 15 years, now, since they were first introduced in the Windows Versions. Note: Something similar could be done with Tables of Contents, Cover Pages, and other Building Blocks. That contains the following Textboxes as AutoText: Quotation and Sidebar Texboxes for the Mac I have taken the Textboxes in the Textbox Gallery in Word for Windows and placed them, as AutoText, in a Word Template that you can use and experiment with on the Mac. You can have a special template that holds your Textbox patterns as AutoText and load that as a Global Template. You may want to start the name with an underscore to make it easier to find in an alphabetical list.ĪutoText (like other building blocks) is only stored in templates but can be used in any document. You can create your own textbox, formatted the way you want it, and save it as an AutoText entry. Much of what can be done in Word for Windows with the various building block galleries can be done using AutoText in Word for the Mac. However, Word for the Mac does have AutoText The Textbox Gallery is associated with such Building Blocks. However, Word for the Mac has fewer features including Building Blocks. Word for the Mac and Word for Windows are similar compatible programs that produce virtually identical files Scope: Word for the Mac (all versions through Office 365 in August 2021) Textbox (Quote and Sidebar) templates are not available on Word for the Mac
